Winter jackets, don't you realize where you're moving to? It's teeshirt weather, haha.

There's no way they would lower the rent unfortunately; the place is a huge 3 or 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom, garage, shed/workspace, 2 parking spots, big patio and huge backyard with a garden, in a fantastic area. It's actually a steal. Anyway, there are other places in the area too. Are you going to leave Drew's parents' as soon as you get a job? Matt says there are tons of help wanted signs in Kel and Win for lower-end jobs, not sure about what else there is so go to the HRDC Job Bank, there are usually pages of job listings on it.
