but this place is the greatest!
its address is 1320 6th ave in Kamloops. it's in a great neighborhood! (we have talked to some of the neighbors)the area is full of cottage like houses full of charm and beautiful gardens! its just off the main road by about 5 blocks.
Our place is on the top floor of a 5 suite apartment building. god this place is nice. after living in Brandon and in the last 2 places we have lived we really asked a lot of questions and did some research. the people that live beside the apartment told us that there has never been any trouble there. that its quite and that normally the garden is done up nice. (dead grass right now).
the apartment is HUGE! each room is painted a different bright colour.. kitchen/dining room red, living room and bathroom lighter blue (but very noticeable) one bedroom brown and the other a bright blue. the floors are REAL hardwood and the place has 2 air-conditioners. the lawn backs to Peterson Creek park (wilderness park full of hiking trails and nature and even a waterfall!)
the landlords are really cool. they are younger couple mid twenties. they want younger people living there.. as not party people ( I wouldn't live ther if it was) but younger working people. no one in there 40s and over. Just because they have had experiances where the older people try to tell them how to run there place. rent is a little steep. but we can keep the Muff and is close to downtown. its a little price to pay to get me out of the inlaws place.
but yes thats about it. I want to paint the brown room yellow. maybe next year when we renu our lease.
we also have a communal bbq and satilite!
