Today we decided to take Sprinkles into the shower. I have heard that birds like it. So we tried. And she LOVED it.. it was so funny. if I took her out of the water she would streach out for more. it was so cute. She hasn't liked us since we got her. but now it seems like she loves me. after her bath she let me dry her off and giver her a head rub and cheek rub. she even licked me. Hopefully this is a breakthrew and she will like people.

7 days till Christmas!

And Keira got an early gift of knowing that her baby is now baby Angelina Garcia.
I'm voting Rose for the middle name.. so we can call her Gena Rose. It would be so pretty.
I saw my dear friend Keira today. it was a great visit. we talked about old times. about crude things.. the normal stuff.
I didn't know that her family have these 2 little orniments for the tree that are a little red headed boy and girl. and they have always called them kirsten and greg.. its so funny. Apparently they have had these ornanment s for a million years since we were tiny gafers. and they still call them little kirsten and greg.
but yes. we decorated the tree tonight at mom and dads place. Mom made us a nice huge meal of ham and scalloped potatoes and yummy things like that. It was nice. I haven't been home in a couple of months.
but its getting late and I have to be up bright and early.

12 days left to christmas!

the countdown has begun!
Vancouver was really grat. we didn't do a whole lot. we went to a little jazz club and spent a little more then we expected. we made friends with the band though.
I saw steph. I finally got to see her new place. It was really nice. dark blue walls with nice white trim and laminate.
very cozy.
We finally got our bird! she is so pretty. Hopefully she starts to trust us more soon. she is a little nippy. She really loves to sing though.
Drew just got home and he told me that he got an A in english. maybe he will become an english teacher instead of a history teacher.
I have been potting a lot. Yesterday I finished 10 pieces.. Hopefully they will be fired by Friday. Tomorrow I'll start making some more. I want to make a couple of serving dishes. Drews parents host a lot and we still need to get them something for christmas.

Vancouver

I'm going to Vancouver tomorrow to pick up Sprinkles.
so um yeah.
I'm planning on doing a lot.. hopefully we can stay until Sunday. I really want to see more of Vancouver. Since I will be moving there fairly soon. Well hopefully anyways.
I will also be seeing Timmy on Sat. I haven't seen him in well over a year.. maybe even 2 years.
This little trip is exactly what we need. Since we have gone threw so much shit in the last little while.
I saw Amy today and we went shopping. I bought a whole lot of beads and will buy a lot more this weekend when we go to Granville island.
I'm done shopping and almost done making my friends gift!
this year everyone but Drew will be getting homemade gifts I hope no one minds
Drew has bunny on his sholder right now and bunny seems delighted.
7 more days until Keira can tell what the sex of her baby is! She thinks its a girl and I can't wait to find out!
